Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and Laundry Lift LLC, an Arizona company ("Laundry Lift," "we," "us"). They cover our website, web app and mobile apps, and our laundry pickup, wash-and-fold and delivery service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The short version: we pick up your laundry, wash and fold it, and bring it back. You pay by weight after we weigh it, using the card or wallet you saved. Cancel free before pickup. Tell us within 48 hours if something's wrong and we'll re-wash it free or reimburse you up to the limits below. Please read section 12: disputes go to individual arbitration or small claims court, not class actions, unless you opt out.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we sign you in with one-time codes sent there. Give us accurate contact and address information and keep it current.

2. Orders, pickup and delivery

3. Prices and payment

4. Lift Pass subscription (automatic renewal)

Lift Pass is an optional monthly membership. It includes $0 pickup and delivery and a reduced service fee. It renews automatically each month, at the price shown when you join (plus any tax), and charges your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with the "Cancel Lift Pass" button on your Account page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your benefits last until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund partial months. If we change the price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Items we don't accept

Don't send the following:

We may return any of these items unwashed, and charges may still apply. Please empty all pockets. We're not responsible for items left in pockets, or for any damage they cause.

7. Care, loss and damage

8. Calls and texts

When you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call or text you about your orders, such as pickup and delivery updates. These messages aren't marketing. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or email us. We'll only send marketing texts if you separately agree to them.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes giving false information, placing fake or fraudulent orders, interfering with or probing our systems, scraping the Service, getting around our security or rate limits, or harassing our staff. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Except for the promises we make in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent the law allows. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the apps will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Laundry Lift isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Apart from the item limits in section 7, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

12. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, email ssandate04@gmail.com with a description of the problem, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and Laundry Lift agree that any dispute about the Service or these Terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The exception is that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Arbitration takes place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or by video. For claims under $10,000, we will pay the AAA filing and arbitrator fees.

No class actions. You and Laundry Lift may each bring claims against the other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.

Opting out. You can opt out of this section 12 by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your name and account email, and say that you opt out of arbitration.
